30 December 2025
- Afternoon check-in with welcome tea, coffee and shortbread, plus a chance to meet your fellow guests in the Green Lady Bar;
- Three-course table d'hôte dinner served in Turrets Restaurant;
- Meet the Tulloch Castle Team for mulled wine prior to a late evening ghost and history tour of the castle.
New Year's Eve
- Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast, then why not explore Ross-shire or indulge in a bit of shopping in Inverness?
- Meet with your fellow guests for a Champagne reception, before moving to the Grand Hall for a spectacular Hogmanay dinner on party tables;
- Highland dancers and a piper will entertain during the night. After dinner, dance the night away to the castle's resident DJ until 1.00 am.
New Year's Day
- A lazy start to 2026 with breakfast served until noon, accompanied by a glass of Bucks Fizz;
- Get the New Year resolutions off to a great start with a trek up to the Caisteal Gorach Folly, situated on the hill behind the castle, or have a wander around the Dingwall Heritage Trail following in the footsteps of Viking history;
- Return for traditional Black Bun with tea and coffee and complete the festive quiz, with prizes!
- A fabulous three-course table d’hôte dinner will round off the evening.
