What it Includes...
30 December
- Arrive and settle into your comfy castle room, before joining your fellow guests in one of the lounges to enjoy some delicious light bites;
- During the afternoon you will be treated to a meet and greet from the on-site falconry team, home to a variety of hawks, buzzards, owls, eagles, and falcons;
- In the evening, a fabulous five-course dinner is served in the candlelit restaurant.
31 December
- The Hogmanay celebrations begin with an opportunity to enjoy clay pigeon shooting, before a fabulous hearty lunch;
- Spend the afternoon perfecting your skills in a cocktail masterclass, or just relax in the aqueous spa;
- Come suited and booted, and join the extravagant Hogmanay dinner-dance with a drinks reception, followed by a delicious five-course gala dinner;
- Kick up your heels and enjoy a reel with a ceilidh band, playing until midnight, before taking part in the Scottish tradition of 'first footing'.
- At midnight a wonderful firework display will bring in 2025 with a bang!
New Year's Day 2025
- Start the day with a lazy brunch;
- Follow with the 'Owls, Myths, and Legends' display, and take a wander around the castle grounds, before indulging in a hearty lunch;
- After a relaxing afternoon, join the team for a full-bodied whisky tasting, paired with a comforting buffet.
2 January 2025
- After a traditional Scottish breakfast, why not spend the morning in the Aqueous Spa, or head in to Edinburgh's city centre for some sightseeing and sale shopping, before driving home?
