- Options for country walks;
- Traditional cream and afternoon teas;

- Ceilidh with live band, Riddelfiddles;
- New Year's Hogmanay dinner;
- A wee dram to toast the New Year, whilst the piper plays;
- 'Taste of the Borders' cookery demonstration;
- Plus, 3 nights' accommodation in a luxurious bedroom or suite.
This fabulous 3-night package starts from £2,835 per room. Upgrades to more spacious rooms and suites are also optional, subject to availability and surcharges.

30 December
- Arrival from 3 pm to a cream tea served in the Maguire Lounge;
- 6.30 pm - Champagne & canapés served in the Garden Room;
- 7.30 pm - Welcome dinner, Chef's seven-course Tasting Menu is served in the Sutherland Restaurant.
New Year's Eve
- 8 am to 10 am - Enjoy a full Scottish Breakfast served in the Sutherland Restaurant;
- 11 am to 1 pm - Birds of Prey experience with the team from Elite Falconry;
- 1.30 pm to 3 pm - A traditional afternoon tea will be served in the Maguire Lounge;
- 4 pm to 5 pm - Prepare for the evening's entertainment with a Ceilidh Dance Class with Sheila Sapkota in the Conservatory;
- 7 pm - Enjoy a pre-dinner New Year's Kir Royale served in the Garden Room;
- 7.30 pm - Hogmanay dinner served in the Sutherland Restaurant;
- From 9.30 pm - Ceilidh dancing in the Conservatory, featuring Riddelfiddles Ceilidh Band;
- Midnight! The magic hour will be celebrated with a wee dram and house piper, and then the dancing continues until 1 am.
New Year's Day
- From 10 am - Enjoy Cringletie's festive brunch in the Sutherland Restaurant;
- 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm - Follow the 'Taste of the Borders' cookery demonstration in the Conservatory;
- 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm - Archery and air rifle shooting on the lawn with mulled wine, hot chocolate, and a sweet treat;
- 6.30 pm - A Champagne reception in the Garden Room, followed by New Year's Day gala dinner served in the Sutherland Restaurant, accompanied by harpist, Charlotte Petersen.
