- Check in to your room, relax after your journey, then enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner.
New Year's Eve
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, then spend the day exploring before preparing to attend the New Year celebration in the Augusta Suite for the Hogmanay Gala Ball;
- The evening begins with a Champagne reception at 6.30 pm with dinner served at 7.00 pm;
- The resident piper will lead you to your tables with a medley of Scottish tunes, to enjoy a 6-course dinner featuring the best of local produce, created by the award-winning Chef and his team;
- Throughout the night 'The Directors' will create the perfect party atmosphere with a mix of Traditional ceilidh and modern covers to welcome in 2025;
- A late supper of 'stovies' will be available towards the end of the evening.
New Year's Day
- Enjoy a leisurely morning with New Year's Day brunch, then the day is yours to spend as you wish, before enjoying another fabulous dinner.
- 2 January 2025
- A final breakfast before saying farewell. Safe travels, and haste ye back...!
