A personal chef will provide a bespoke menu plan using only the best ingredients, locally sourced where possible.

A fine wine and Champagne list is available by pre-order only. Spirits and mixers can also be organised. Guests are welcome to ship wines and spirits ahead of their stay at no corkage fee.
