- Christmas Day lunch in the 1851 Restaurant (adults-only*);

Peckforton Castle's story begins back in 1840 when John Tollemache commissioned a great fortified home to overwatch his 36,000 acre estate from the top of the Peckforton Hills. The castle, with its 48 bedrooms, is now used as a luxury hotel and a venue for corporate events and weddings.
