Situated within ancient castle walls, this Norman fortress boasts a dramatic cliff-top position above a crinkled coastline overlooking the Atlantic Sea. Forming part of the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, it gives way to the lush historic village of Manorbier beyond and is only a short scenic stroll down to an idyllic sandy beach.

Manorbier Castle has an enviably long family heritage spanning 800 years. The privately-owned castle is approached up a long, sweeping drive that climbs through wild moorland dotted with trees. As you reach the castle, be prepared to step back in time as you cross over the moat along an old wooden bridge, into the inner bailey. On the day of the wedding, the happy couple could even arrive by horse and carriage!

Private GuestAbsolutely beautiful place. The castle is in great condition and the gardens are lovely and well tendered. Nice little tea room on site. Definitely worth a visit. Gorgeous beach just at the bottom of the path extra bonus
Private GuestFantastic castle and really friendly staff, the little cafe in the castle grounds is lovely! The beach is only a short walk from the castle with lots of rock pools. Great fun for the whole family.
Private GuestWe held a very intimate vow renewal at Manorbier castle, and it was perfect. Debbie, the coordinator was fantastic. From the initial enquiry, through the planning stage, and was on hand on the day. She helped with everything from foraging ivy to help decorate the chapel, lighting a huge amount of candles, and helping to record the ceremony. Debbie is passionate about the castle and its story, and is a credit to the venue. The castle is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous and the chapel is very special. We’ll be sure to visit often as it now holds a place in our hearts.
David, United KingdomAn outstanding property in a very unique situation. We were contacted by your staff who offered us assistance when we first arrived at 10.00pm on the first night, but didn't need to call on their services. Everything was beautifully prepared for our stay and we found the house facilities very accommodating and adequate, One thing we expected to find was soap in the bathrooms, of which there was none, but we sourcedv some in the local shop on the first day.
