Day 1 - Castle Leslie

After arriving in to Dublin airport, just over an hour and a half drive takes you to your enchanting castle accommodation for the night. Castle Leslie Estate in County Monaghan is nestled on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, dotted with ancient woodland and glittering lakes. Castle Leslie is now one of the finest luxury hotels in Ireland; the beautiful castle estate is waiting to be discovered and will be your home for the night.
After a sumptuous breakfast spend the morning as you choose. The area boasts an abundance of possibilities for outdoor activities, including horse riding, golf, angling, cycling, walking or watersports or simply be pampered in the Victorian treatment rooms. Alternatively take in the picturesque Glaslough Village or pay a visit to Armagh City.
Day 2-3 - Ballynahinch Castle

The journey from Castle Leslie to Connemara in Galway is around 4 hours, but as this a self-drive tour you can break up your journey as you choose. Arrive at Ballynahinch Castle located at the foot of the majestic 12 Bens mountain range on the shores of the Owenmore River; your castle accommodation for the next 2 nights.
Ballynahinch is situated in the heart of Connemara and every attraction in the region is within easy reach. Visit the National Park, Leenane Village, Inishbofin Ireland, Kylemore Abbey, the Connemara History and Heritage Centre or the village of Roundstone. Enjoy another night's stay at Ballynahinch Castle.
Day 4-5 - Clontarf Castle

After departing Ballynahinch it is time to head to Ireland's Capital City. The drive is around 3 hours and a quarter. Accommodation for tonight is in Clontarf Castle Hotel, located close to the heart of Dublin. Clontarf Castle Hotel is part of a privately owned Irish collection of hotels and is a stone's throw from a city bursting with life, energy and vitality and history in the making. You have 2 days in which to explore this charming city.
Whilst in Dublin there are so many things to see and do, here are just a few suggestions of places to visit: The Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Zoo, Malahide Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Powerscourt Townhouse Centre or the Abbey Theatre... the list is endless.
