Itinerary
Day 1 - Traquair Castle

Dating back to 1107, Traquair Castle has been visited by 27 Scottish Kings and Queens and, as Scotland's oldest inhabited house, is no stranger to hallowed spirits!
Explore the grounds with Lady Louisa Stewart, the last of her family raised to the nobility by King Charles I, who is said to still roam the halls after her lonely demise in 1875.
Alternatively, relax in style in one of the fabulous bedrooms on the estate - the perfect place to take a break from your ghost hunt!
Day 2 - Dalhousie Castle

Only eight miles from Edinburgh, Dalhousie Castle transports you back to a past filled with triumph and tragedy.
Enjoy living in luxury whilst in the hidden company of Lady Catherine Ramsay, 'The Grey Lady', who died of a broken heart after being banished to the castle tower in 1695.
Perhaps you would instead prefer to spend some time with the starved Sir Alexander Ramsay, who has roamed the grounds ever since his demise in 1342, before leaving the estate and travelling to a castle with an even scarier past...
Day 3 - Inverlochy Castle

Inverlochy Castle's formidable yet tragic place in the Scottish Highlands has long been burdened by the souls who have met their end in its proximity - making it the perfect end to the Great Ghostly Castle Tour.
Stay and learn of the former owners and military men who died in local battles, and who still call Inverlochy Castle their home.
Should the veil between our world and theirs be thin, enjoy their company in style, before they depart back to the afterlife and leave you in the luxury of the Inverlochy estate....
