Craufurdland Castle is located in Ayrshire, south of Glasgow and 10 miles from the West Coast of Scotland.
From the North
Take the slip road off M77 (Junction 7) for Fenwick and Stewarton, turn left for Fenwick at the roundabout turn right into Fenwick; follow road for approximately one and a half miles then take left down Waterslap. Go up hill past the farm on road side and at the next left hand bend you will see a set of gates ahead with a sign for the cafe and fishery. Take care crossing the road; go through gates and continue down the drive until you see castle immediately in front of you. Park in front of castle on gravel.
From the South
Take the slip road off the A77 for New Farm Loch and turn right onto what is known as Grassyards Road. Follow this road for approx one mile, then turn left (signed for Fenwick) and continue across old narrow bridge and up the hill as the road veers right. Turn left through a set of gates and continue down the drive until you see castle immediately in front of you. Park in front of castle on gravel.
