Stonefield Castle Hotel offers the ideal location to explore the hidden treasures of Argyll. Area made famous by Paul McCartney in 'Mull of Kintyre'.

Where better to spend a relaxing Christmas break than in an enchanting castle amidst some of Scotland's most stunning scenery abounding with magnificent wildlife, flora and fauna?

Once the home of the Campbell family and now a popular retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Stonefield Castle invites you to spend a wonderful 2 or 3 night break, which includes dinner, bed and breakfast, a 5 course Christmas Day luncheon.

Arrive at the castle and enjoy mulled wine and shortbread in front of the fire. Join your fellow house guests in the lounge for bubbly at 7pm, prior to dinner in the Loch Fyne Restaurant, followed by coffee and mince pies in the drawing room.

After breakfast, why not take a refreshing stroll down to the jetty or, if you are feeling energetic, walk around the castle's very own Barmore Island and work up a healthy appetite before enjoying a delicious 5-course lunch.

This afternoon relax in the snooker room, unwind with a book or board game in the library or simply snooze in front of an open fire. The choice is yours!

The Christmas evening buffet will be served at 7pm in the restaurant, followed by the castle's annual quiz in the drawing room.

Enjoy a late brunch from 9am to noon, then join the team for the Stonefield Boxing Day hunt for Captain McAllister's treasure (weather permitting) in the castle grounds. A grand time is guaranteed to be had by all!

In the evening a glass of Champagne will be served in the lounge at 7pm, followed by a 5-course Boxing Day tasting menu.
