24 December
- Meet your fellow guests during a cocktail reception with canapés;
- Dinner is served in the Earl of Thomond and Terrace Room Restaurant;
- A bagpiper will herald the arrival of a special visitor, who will come with gifts for all;
- Relax amidst entertainment by the in-house trio.
Christmas Day
- Enjoy breakfast at leisure from 9 am;
- Indulge in a traditional Christmas Day lunch from 1.30 - 3 pm and enjoy sweet melodies from the castle's resident pianist;
- Spend the afternoon at your leisure;
- Later that evening, enjoy a light "pick & go" buffet supper served in the Gallery;
- Entertainment is provided by the resident ballad singer in the Cocktail Bar.

- Breakfast at leisure;
- Join your fellow guests for a fun afternoon at Limerick Racecourse - transportation and entrance fee are included;
- Alternatively, enjoy exploring the estate with the resident falconer and a hawk walk;
- Enjoy a relaxed evening, with dinner served in the Earl of Thomond Restaurant and Earl of Thomond Terrace with after-dinner entertainment.
