If you fancy a castle to yourselves, where you can leave the car behind, then head for Castle Law. Situated just outside West Kilbride on the west coast of Scotland, it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with its many craft shops and galleries and less than 30 minutes to the sea, with wonderful views over to the Isle of Arran. For added convenience, the train station is about a five minute walk from Castle Law.
If you enjoy coastal walking, you can head either North or South along the Ayrshire coastal path and return by train. Glasgow offers some lovely attractions, like the People's Palace, Riverside Museum and the Kelingrove Art Gallery, all free of charge. A day out in the city of Glasgow is only 45 minutes by train.
Castle Law hosts some wonderful unique and historic features; you can enjoy stunning views from the windows and parapet, a truly luxurious castle with stone staircase, quirky stone bath and stone floors with modern underfloor heating. The castle can sleep up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms.
